Before purchasing a spiral staircase for our backyard patio, I did a deep-dive on the internet to find the best product and company to go with. I spoke with representatives from several spiral staircase companies, and I found the Iron Shop’s Steve Cohen to be the most knowledgeable.Because we were building a 2nd floor balcony at the same time, this project took a few months to complete, and Steve was my patient guide throughout the whole process. I can’t stress enough; how valuable Steve’s assistance was to the completion of this project.

We purchased from the Iron Shop a 6’ wide, 10’2” high, aluminum spiral staircase kit, with 12diamond plate stair treads. Our aluminum center pole was cut to 168” and our 1.25” aluminum coil (hand rail) was cut to 24’. Simply put, everything was cut-to-size perfectly by the Iron Shop, and everything needed to complete the job, arrived on time. We could not be happier with the product, the service and the outcome.
