Overall, this was an easy task and surprisingly a one man build. Aside from Iron Shop offering a quality product, Carolyn has been very prompt with all aspects of customer service. A Carolyn is what is missing in in the world today! The only negative response I could offer is the railing not being coated. It may have been explained somewhere on the site but it did not jump out at me. I would recommend this being highlighted better for customer knowledge prior to receiving the pieces. I am hoping this is a forever home and will enjoy the staircase for that period but if I am in need or if I know of another individual in need of a spiral I would 110% recommendThe Iron Shop. Good to work with someone like myself that strives to offer the best product, a fair price and unmatched customer service!
