Overall, this was an easy task and surprisingly a one man build. Aside from Iron Shop offering a quality product, Carolyn has been very prompt with all aspects of customer service. A Carolyn is what is missing in in the world today! The only negative response I could offer is the railing not being coated. It may have been explained somewhere on the site but it did not jump out at me. I would recommend this being highlighted better for customer knowledge prior to receiving the pieces. The Iron Shop did a great job manufacturing our spiral staircase, automatically accounting for local building codes such as rail heights! Furthermore the Iron Shop worked with us and our contractor during the entire process, and were professional, courteous, and understanding. I have nothing but great things to say about your spiral staircase and the ease of installation. Directions are well written and all diagrams made sense for assembly. Installation took me two days by myself. The product was delivered when promised and the quality was what I expected it to be. When I did need a question answered, my customer service person was very willing to help me to make sure I would be completely satisfied with the finished product. Thanks again for an enjoyable two days.
